Positive Psychology Coaching is an evidence based approach whose focus is on helping you to flourish. My belief is that using positive psychology interventions can help as a preventative measure against certain mental health issues and that by building our positive practice we are building our resilience. Multiply that through your workforce & the benefits can be a game changer (think lower sick days, improved presenteeism, motivation, connection, effectiveness, productivity...)

SUNLIGHT programme - 8 weeks of support including 10 hours of 1:1 coaching.
FLOODLIGHT programme - 4 weeks of support including 6 hours of 1:1 coaching
SPOTLIGHT programme - 1 session of 3 hours 1:1 coaching
