Positive Psychology Coaching & Training
Positive Psychology Coaching is an evidence based approach whose focus is on helping you to flourish. The process is a little more educational than pure coaching in that we use particular tools that have been proven to be linked with sustainable improvements to wellbeing. My belief is that using positive psychology interventions can help as a preventative measure against certain mental health issues and that by building our positive practice we are building our resilience. With all coaching I use a strengths based approach, in other words in your sessions whilst we explore your situation & your options you will focus on identifying what you already do well, what gives you energy & what qualities or skills you most frequently & comfortably use. This knowledge forms the bedrock of the change in mindset often necessary to achieve your goals. You will also explore how you can utilise your strengths when facing challenges & striving to achieve goals, making sure that any actions taken are authentic & therefore change is sustainable.
I offer Positive Psychology as a programme of individual coaching where you will learn interventions that work for YOU & you will have my continued support as you integrate these interventions to your life leading to sustainable improvements in your wellbeing.
I also run workshops throughout the year where you can learn the basics of Positive Psychology & put into practice a number of interventions. All of our coaching & workshops are currently being run virtually from home offices... aided & abetted by pets of course!

SUNLIGHT programme - 8 weeks of support including 10 hours of 1:1 coaching.
FLOODLIGHT programme - 4 weeks of support including 6 hours of 1:1 coaching
SPOTLIGHT programme - 1 session of 3 hours 1:1 coaching

I run 3 hour workshops and a 3 week course periodically throughout the year. The workshops are jam packed full of exercises & information whilst also building in time to reflect. It is open to anyone who is keen to improve their own wellbeing or to those who want to have the tools to help others in this space.
