Coaching Supervision
What is supervision?
There are many definitions of Coaching Supervision however the one that I am drawn to most is:
“To facilitate the development of resourceful, responsible & self-reflective coaches, with a learner mindset that strive to continuously build their capacity & capability as a coach, to deliver transformational & contextually effective coaching” (Jones, 2015).
In my words Supervision is a space for reflection AND it helps you develop your reflective capability leaving you better able to develop as a coach and therefore serve your client. It provides you with support, tailored learning and a place to sense check ethical & boundary issues. Our focus is your coaching practice.
Ways we can work together:
Standalone 1:1 supervision
This is a one-off supervision session (1 – 2 hour dependent on your needs) which will get to the heart of a supervision issue.
1:1 supervision programmes
If you are looking for a more long-term supervision relationship there is an option to commit to 3, 6 or 12 months of support. In return for the commitment, I offer a 5% discount on block bookings of 3 or more sessions. There is complete flexibility around session length (minimum 1 hour) and gap between sessions. The support includes 1:1 sessions as well as email &/or phone support throughout the length of your programme.
Open group supervision
I will be running open group supervision sessions throughout the year, group numbers are always kept low (6 max). Please let me know if you would like to join my mailing list to be informed of upcoming dates.
Next Open group supervision date - March 30th 6pm - 8pm BOOK HERE
Closed group supervision
If you are looking to be part of or form a closed group for supervision please do get in contact. Programmes usually last for 1 year & include 6 x 2 hour sessions.

TESTIMONIALS
I took part in a group supervision session which Annie ran with real skill and care. She held the space for us beautifully, offered us interesting and varied methods to reflect on our coaching challenges. I’d attended group supervision previously, so whilst knowing broadly what I could expect, the balance of support/challenge from Annie was spot on. I took huge value from the whole process and will definitely return to Annie for supervision – highly recommended. Katy W Leadership Coach
“I’ve tried some other forms of group supervision and decided it wasn’t for me. Though I really enjoy how Annie holds the group supervision space; it’s genuinely collaborative and, despite being a quieter soul, really fosters my engagement”. Rebecca K Coach & Educational Consultant
Annie is a fabulous coach and supervisor. She has a warmth about her that makes you feel welcome in her presence and heard. Annie leads group sessions with energy which results in all attendees feeling empowered and motivated to move forward in their coaching practise. I am a strong believer in the importance of supervision and I am loving having Annie as my Supervisor. Hayley L Family & Educational ICF Coach
Annie is a great supervisor and in my first group session with her I learnt so much about myself, others experiences and a variety of ways to reflect and learn. The different approach to what each supervision group member brought to the session was enlightening and super helpful. The insight Annie offered, her understanding of seeing what I could not see and the space provided was brilliant. I highly recommend Annie as supervisor. Becky D, Executive & Wellbeing Coach
