Coaching Supervision
What is supervision?
There are many definitions of Coaching Supervision however the one that I am drawn to most is:
“To facilitate the development of resourceful, responsible & self-reflective coaches, with a learner mindset that strive to continuously build their capacity & capability as a coach, to deliver transformational & contextually effective coaching” (Jones, 2015).
In my words Supervision is a space for reflection AND it helps you develop your reflective capability leaving you better able to develop as a coach and therefore serve your client. It provides you with support, tailored learning and a place to sense check ethical & boundary issues. Our focus is your coaching practice.
Ways we can work together:
Standalone 1:1 supervision
This is a one-off supervision 90 minute session which will get to the heart of a supervision issue. Link to book a session HERE
1:1 supervision programmes
If you are looking for a more long-term supervision relationship, there is an option to commit to 6 or 12 months of support which would include a 5% discount on my normal hourly rate for self funders. This is where we can really get to work on WHO YOU ARE as a coach!
1:1 Mentor Coaching
An opportunity to have feedback on a recorded or live coaching session, either using the ICF Core Competencies OR a bespoke set of co-created assessment criteria. If you are looking to work on a specific area of your coaching, requiring ICF mentor coaching hours or simply feel it's time for a check in, this is an ideal opportunity to reflect with a sounding board and gain some objective feedback. The service includes a 30 minute to 1 hour set up session, 30 - 45 mins recorded coaching session with a coachee of your choice followed by 60 - 90 minutes mentor coaching once I have viewed or listened to the recording.
Open group supervision
I will be running open group supervision sessions throughout the year, group numbers are always kept low (5 max). Please let me know if you would like to join my mailing list to be informed of upcoming dates.
Next Open group supervision date - 24th January 2025 BOOK HERE
Closed group supervision
If you are looking to be part of or form a closed group for supervision please do get in contact. Programmes usually last for 1 year & include 6 x 2.5 hour sessions.
The Coach's Gathering
I run a network group for coaches with my fabulous colleague Sandra Whiles. The Coach's Gathering is a supportive space for coaches to work ON their business. It includes regular CPD sessions, social gatherings online and face to face as well as an annual retreat. We keep in touch via email but mainly via a Mighty Network group which includes sharing of potential work opportunities, a safe space to ask any question about the nuts and bolts of coaching, free sharing of information and experience all done in a highly supportive & non competitive way. Membership is open to anyone who comes along to an Introduction Day, which are held a couple of times each year. Next date is February 3rd 2025. BOOK HERE

"Annie is a great supervisor. The insight Annie offered, her understanding of seeing what I could not see and the space provided was brilliant. I highly recommend Annie as supervisor." Becky D, Executive & Wellbeing Coach.
"Annie is an exceptional coach and brings all of that expertise to her coaching supervision sessions. She has also played a very important role in helping us to create an open, collaborative, supportive and safe environment in which we can explore our ongoing development as coaches.
