Restore & Reconnect - Coaching by the Sea

Come and experience a wholly bespoke day designed just for YOU!!!  Based in St Brelade we will spend the day diving into your world (and potentially the sea!).  You can combine your coaching with a beach yoga session, a sea swim or even a lesson, walks on the headland or along the sea front as well as lunch & refreshments at a beach side restaurant.   The aim for this day is for you to leave the coastline feeling fully restored and ready to embrace life with renewed energy and focus.
